Golf enthusiasts have many reasons to rejoice. Golf Digest named private golf club TPC Summerlin “One of America’s Best Golf Courses” and Nevada Business Magazine called it “#1 Private Golf Course in Nevada.” Billy Casper and Greg Nash designed Golf Summerlin’s exciting courses.

Downtown Summerlin offers excellent shopping and dining options. Music bars and dance clubs provide live entertainment.
The area is served by Summerlin Parkway, which connects the community to US 95 and Route 215.

Quality of life is excellent. Residents enjoy access to over 150 parks, 4 swimming pools, 9 golf courses, more than a dozen tennis courts, recreational facilities, and walking trails that span 150 miles.

There are 14 houses of worship, a medical center, hospital, and more than two dozen private and public schools. The Clark County School District’s 2012 School Performance Framework gave five-star ratings to 6 of Summerlin’s public schools. The rating system measures academic performance, enrollment and graduation rates, and school environment.

Three resort hotels and several shopping centers, including Downtown Summerlin, a mall with over 125 retailers and restaurants offer a wealth of opportunities to unwind.
