Real Estate – Living in Las Vegas, NV

Las Vegas Real Estate options include single-family homes, town homes, apartment communities, and condos in the Strip. There are a number of luxury homes in the market. Custom homes and resale homes are also available. New housing developments, particularly in Southwest Las Vegas, Northwest Las Vegas, and Summerlin, are available. Builders control inventory to prevent a housing bubble and only build a home once they have a contract to build.

The local government provides housing opportunities through grants, programs, and foreclosure prevention. The city’s Housing Services office came up with a Housing and Urban Development Consolidated Plan up to year 2020.

The other good news is that real estate in Las Vegas has remained affordable and stable. This makes it a good choice for first-time buyers and investors.
